Wouldn't it be awesome to connect to a virtual desktop using VMware Horizon :)11 votes
It would be very helpful if support for XenServer hosts was added, similar to the current VMware and Hyper-v support.11 votes
Currently, I can't see a way to store a Microsoft Remote Desktop Gateway setting which can be re-used for multiple RDP Connections. This is something which Remote Desktop Connection Manager has been able to do since inception, and something I was surprised to see is missing in Royal TS. This could be a saved-object which can be selected when creating the individual RDP connections, or a folder-level setting which can then be set for child objects.3 votes
Hi, several terminals can resize font right on hotkeys without reconnection.
It would be great to be able to change fonts size on the fly with default 'ctrl +/-'
I often need to increase font size if I need to show the screen to someone in the same room or
I need to decrease font size if I switch to large monitor or projector or TV4 votes
Worked with several RDP TS tools and I'm really impressed with this software! Hoping there is a way for Royal TS to support Unsolicited Remote Assistance. I see where you do support the default MS way where a user sends a request and the 'assister' runs that to join the user but that's not what I'm talking about... In enterprise IT most shop configured (RA) Remote Assistance with group polices in an 'unsolicited' mode meaning that the end user cannot generated an invitation file but their machine is always listening for 'approved' RA connections from the support staff. The support staff initiated the connection from an elevated (run as) user pointing to the domain attached system by IP or machine name. The user sees a popup requesting permission for the tech to join their session and approved for assistance. The command we run as an elevated user is: %windir%\system32\msra.exe /offerra
Be glad to beta or offer additional for testing/verification.
Love your software!

Allow specifying if the ad hoc terminal connection is a telnet or ssh one when issued from command line
When starting from command line is currently possible to specify if an adhoc connection should be an rdp or terminal one. When specifying a terminal one, it doesn't seem to be possible to specify if it should be a telnet or ssh connection.
This doesn't allow to use royalts as a default protocol handler for telnet:// and ssh:// links.
Would you kindly evaluate the idea to add this command line switch? :)4 votes
When i click the "Computer" Button on the new File Transfer Connection in Royal TS V4 (10709) it does not do anything. Since i have Folder Redirection enabled i have to manually enter C:\ oder any other disk to access local drives. Clicking the button should give me a similar view like the "Computer"-Section in Windows Explorer.7 votes

I would like to know, how long a connection to a specific server was open.
(The trace file under logging does not seem to use the duration element).
Therefore I am able to import these durations into my billing programm for my customers.4 votes
I would like to have a default option to inherit colors from the parent folder where subordinate objects inherit colors from the parent item. As it is now, I am constantly having to manually select every item I create to force it to inherit the color.1 vote
Would love to see support for HPE iLO Standalone Client in RoyalTS: http://h20564.www2.hpe.com/hpsc/swd/public/detail?swItemId=MTX_609a7ee2a6564022894ecd56ec
Is this possible?
It seems to support some command line parameters:
Usage from command line:
HPLOCONS -addr address[:https_port] -name login_name -password password -lang en|ja|zh-CHS22 votes
I am able to set Secure Gateway for Telnet-style connections, but I would also like to use the same gateway for a device with an HTTP-based configuration tool.
Currently, the option to choose a Secure Gateway connection for Web Page connections is missing, and trying to set it in the properties panel just goes to the Web Page tab.20 votes
The latest beta allows you to use secure gateway as socks proxy in the Google Chrome based plugin.
It would be great to configure a Folder to automatically add new Servers from specified Active Directory Organizational Units.10 votes
I need to open a SSH-Terminal (with Tunneling the RDP-Port) before i can access to some of your Servers.
It would be nice if i can run this Connetion as a Task (so that i dont have to open both connections on my own)
So. If i try to open the RDP-Connection to our Server (22.214.171.124) RoyalTS should open the connection to the SSH-Server (126.96.36.199) (With all the Tunnelsettings) first automaticly.4 votes
X2Go is an Open-Source Remote Desktop system based off of NoMachine's NX using a combination of X and Pulseaudio.
If it isn't too big of an issue, an ability to integrate X2Go into Royal TS would be awesome.6 votes
With the integrated VNC plugin there is no possibility to zoom in or out (as with the external tightVNC)
Too bad it's very useful..7 votes
Establishing a VNC connection to the localhost loopback adapter of a secure gateway does not work.
- Create the secure gateway
- Create a VNC connection, host localhost or 127.0.0.1 or ::1
- Assign the secure gateway to the VNC connection as a secure gateway
- The connection attempt will not succeed3 votes
I see that my RoyalTS on my Mac has only one plugin (RDP) and starts up very fast.
However on RoyalTS Windows there are about 15 or so plugins, and as one would expect, it starts up very slow (showing the message "loading plugins..."). So apparently to get some speed improvements, I need to disable plugins I don't need in the Windows version of RoyalTS.
Anyone know how to disable plugins I don't need in the Windows version?3 votes
